Ground Turkey

Norbest ground turkey is all natural, 100% pure ground turkey, with no artificial ingredients and no MSG. It's made from top quality cuts of turkey meat (mostly drumstick and thigh meat). And contrary to what many of our competitors have done, we've not added mechanically separated meats or emulsions. Ours is a more traditional coarse grind, closer in appearance and texture to top quality ground beef.

Norbest ground turkey is naturally lean, at least 90% fat free. This is about 70% less fat than is common in ground beef. (Our product contains about 10g of fat per 4 oz. serving, whereas the USDA standard for ground beef allows 34g of fat per serving.)

Use Norbest ground turkey in any recipe calling for ground beef. It's perfect for spaghetti, meatloaf, chili, tacos, casseroles, and pizza! It's not only leaner, but more convenient and economical too. There is no need to drain the excess fat from our ground turkey like you usually must do with ground beef.
