Single-Serving Frozen Leftovers

For easy single-serving leftovers, try both of the following tips:

Gravy: Pour leftover gravy into muffin tins and freeze.

Stuffing: Scoop leftover stuffing with an ice cream scoop onto a cookie sheet and freeze.

As soon as they are frozen, transfer the serving-sized portions into plastic freezer bags and keep in the freezer until you are ready for delicious leftovers that can be quickly warmed in the microwave.
