There was a power outage in our home. Is the turkey in our freezer still good?

It can be hard to tell in some situations. If the turkey has remained cold throughout the power outage (cold to the touch, ice crystals in the body cavity) it is likely your turkey is OK. However, if you wish to be better safe than sorry, follow the old maxim "If in doubt throw it out!"
