Personalized Certificates

For an additional charge of $.50 per certificate you can personalize the certificates with the names of the recipients. This may apply to any or all of the certificates you are ordering. Follow the simple steps below to do this.

• Step 1: Go through the online ordering process. Near the end of the order form in the "Recipient Information" section click the "Personalize" option and enter the total number of certificates you want personalized.
• Step 2: Submit the order. You will be charged the additional fee according to the number you indicated you want personalized. You will receive an email confirmation showing the details.
• Step 3: Reply to the confirmation email and attach a text file with all of the recipients' names. The file can be any simple unformatted text file with names separated by a carriage return, i.e. one name per line (Excel, Word, Notepad, or other Windows-compatible text or database application). Give the file a name that will identify your company. Include any other information in the email that may help us. (For example, if you ordered 16# and 18# certificates, but only want the 18# certificates personalized, you could tell us so here.) If you prefer, you may send us the file on a CD to: PFR Corporate Gifts, Inc., 779 East 9400 South #131, Sandy, UT 84094. Please allow extra time for us to receive your file and process your personalized order.

We honor privacy! We promise your recipients' information will never be shared with anyone else for any reason, and will be deleted from our files within a few weeks.
