Bronze Label Oven-Roasted Deli Breast

Our Bronze Label line of deli turkey breasts are specifically formulated for shaving applications for sandwiches. These are made from high quality multiple pieces of turkey breast and other white turkey, formulated for superior bind and maximum sliceability. They are also generally the least expensive of the deli breasts. Contrary to whole muscle breasts, they will not shred or fall apart when sliced extremely thin. This makes them perfect for those delicious “piled high” sandwiches. Bronze Label breasts are available only skinless, are 96% fat free, and are available oven-roasted.
