Whole muscle breast lobe. No fillets, wing meat, trim, emulsion, fillers, or extenders are added. Basted with 25% solution of natural turkey broth and light seasonings. Gently tumbled for improved bind. Packed in a shrinkable heat seal bag which automatically vents to assist browning. Ready to cook. Sold frozen.
