Norbest Gold Label Oven-Roasted Deli Breast
This is premium quality whole muscle turkey breast, available either skinless or skin-on, and is extra lean at 97% fat free. It is carefully prepared and oven-roasted for the best flavor, texture, and appearance. It's whole muscle texture makes it ideal thick sliced for center-of-the-plate applications or for premium sandwiches. If you buy a whole piece (8-10 pounds) it's excellent to carve on a buffet!
Norbest Gold Label Smoked Deli Breast
This is the same premium quality whole muscle turkey breast, but cured and naturally hickory smoked. This is the best old-fashioned smoked flavor available! Our premium quality breast is also available mesquite smoked in Norbest's Gold Label Classic style smoked breast.
Norbest Silver Label Deli Breasts
Our Silver Label line of deli breasts are specially formulated for thin slicing applications, particularly for great sandwiches or rolled up for party platters. And since they are formulated from slightly smaller pieces of turkey breast (5-7 pieces per 8-10 pound breast) they are generally less expensive than our Gold Label line. They are also extra lean (98% fat free ), and are available skinless or skin-on, oven-roasted or hickory or mesquite smoked.
Norbest Bronze Label Deli Breasts
Our Bronze Label line of deli turkey breasts are specifically formulated for shaving applications for sandwiches. These are made from high quality multiple pieces of turkey breast and other white turkey, formulated for superior bind and maximum sliceability. They are also generally the least expensive of the deli breasts. Contrary to whole muscle breasts, they will not shred or fall apart when sliced extremely thin. This makes them perfect for those delicious "piled high" sandwiches. Bronze Label breasts are available only skinless, are 96% fat free, and are available oven-roasted.
