The Classic Sweetheart contains two to three boneless whole muscle breast lobes with natural skin attached. No fillets, wing meat, trim, emulsion, fillers, or extenders are added. It is basted with a 20% solution of natural turkey broth and light seasonings. It is packed in a shrinkable heat seal bag which automatically vents to assist browning. Sold frozen.

Sweetheart® Cook-In-Bag Turkey Thigh Roast
This roast made for the dark meat lovers in mind! It is a two piece boneless whole muscle turkey roast made with thigh meat and natural skin covering; no trims, emulsions, fillers, or extenders. Deep basted throughout with natural turkey broth and delicate seasonings. Product is packed in a shrinkable heat seal bag that automatically vents during cook to release steam and assist browning.
