Sweet Potato Turkey Pie
(Serves 6)

I N G R E D I E N T S
1 can (24 oz) sweet potatoes, drained
2 Tbs margarine, melted
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Vegetable cooking spray
2 cups cooked Norbest turkey, cubed
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (16 oz) French-style green beans, drained
1 can (2 oz) mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
2 Tbs canned fried onion rings, crushed
1 can (8 oz) cranberry sauce (optional)

D I R E C T I O N S
In medium bowl blend sweet potatoes, margarine, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth. Spray 9-inch pie plate with vegetable oil and line with potato mixture to form a "pie shell". In medium bowl combine turkey, soup, beans, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture into shell. Sprinkle onions on top. Bake at 350 degrees F. 30 minutes or until hot. Serve with cranberry sauce if desired.
