I N G R E D I E N T S 1 pound Norbest Ground Turkey
1/4 cup spicy taco sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 slices (1 ounce each) Monterey cheese
4 hamburger buns
4 tablespoons guacamole (optional)
D I R E C T I O N S In medium bowl combine ground turkey, taco sauce and salt. Shape into 4 burgers, about 1/2-inch thick. Grease cold grill rack and position over hot coals. Grill turkey burgers 5 to 6 minutes per side. Top each burger with a slice of cheese the last minute of grilling time. To serve, place each turkey burger on bottom half of bun and top with a tablespoon of guacamole, if desired. Place top half of bun on burger.
