4 teaspoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons chicken-flavor instant bouillon
2 cups milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 (16 ounce) package frozen cut broccoli, thawed, drained
3 cups cubed cooked Norbest Turkey Breast
2 cups cooked rice
1 teaspoon butter or margarine
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
D I R E C T I O N S Microwave Directions: Spray 12/8-inch (2 quart) microwave-safe baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place 4 teaspoons butter or margarine in 4-cup microwave-safe measuring cup or medium bowl. Microwave on High for 30 to 45 seconds or until melted. Add onion; microwave on High for 30 seconds. Stir in flour, bouillon and milk. Microwave on High for 5 to 7 minutes or until thick and bubbly, stirring every 2 minutes with wire whisk. Stir in mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. In large bowl, combine sauce mixture, broccoli, turkey and rice; mix well. Pour into spray-coated baking dish; cover. Microwave on Medium for 5 to 7 minutes or until hot. Keep covered. Place 1 teaspoon margarine in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High for 20 to 25 seconds or until melted. Stir in bread crumbs. Microwave on High for 1 minute or until browned and crisp. Sprinkle over turkey mixture.
