I N G R E D I E N T S 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup sliced green onion
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can (15 ounces) creamed corn
2 cups skim milk
1/3 teaspoon pepper
2 cups 1/2-inch cubed Norbest Turkey Ham
2 cups instant potato flakes
Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons sliced green onion tops
D I R E C T I O N S In 3-quart saucepan, over medium-high heat, saute peppers and onions in butter or margarine 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in corn, milk and pepper; bring to boil and remove from heat. Fold in Norbest turkey ham and potato flakes. Pour into 9-inch square casserole dish lightly coated with vegetable cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese and onion tops. Bake at 375 degrees F. 25 minutes or until bubbly.
