Herb Mustard Turkey Breast
(Serves 10)
I N G R E D I E N T S
4 Tbs butter
1 tsp each minced garlic, dried rosemary, sage
1 Norbest Breast of Young Turkey
2 cups turkey or chicken broth
1 Tbs water
2 tsp flour
2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper
D I R E C T I O N S
Combine butter, garlic, rosemary and sage. Evenly spread over thawed turkey breast. Place breast on a rack in a roasting pan in 350 degree F. oven and roast about 30 minutes. Add 1/2 cup broth to pan and baste with pan juices. Continue cooking until done. Remove breast and cover with foil to keep warm. Combine flour with remaining broth, then wisk into pan juices. Cook over medium heat 5-7 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in mustard, salt, and pepper and cook until mixture is heated throughout. To serve, slice turkey and serve with sauce.
